Quality Management Policy

The quality policy is the basis for establishing quality goals and directs the TRUSTED ADVISOR organization in its efforts to constantly improve and improve its services.
The quality policy of the organization TRUSTED ADVISOR includes:
- Understanding the needs and expectations of customers and other interested parties;
- Actions to increase user satisfaction;
- Management of risks and opportunities faced by the organization;
- Constant modernization of equipment and continuous training of employees;
- Realizing the leadership role of management;
- Active participation of employees in the planning, implementation and evaluation of all activities in the process of providing services;
- Determination and management of processes that contribute to customer satisfaction;
- Constant improvement of the quality of services and activities after delivery;
- Effective change management;
- Making decisions based on collected and analyzed data related to service provision processes;
- Developing partnership relations with suppliers.
The quality policy of the organization TRUSTED ADVISOR is based on the realization of our mission and vision by providing quality services to our users with the aim of fulfilling their demands, needs and expectations.
In order to achieve our mission and vision, business success is based on the high professionalism and quality of our services, as well as a partnership relationship both with the users of our services and with external collaborators, employees and other interested parties, with the aim of fulfilling their demands and needs from the domain of the organization’s business.
In that context, the organization TRUSTED ADVISOR DOO has set the following goals:
- Detailed determination of the requirements, needs and expectations of customers and interested parties and a complete focus on their needs, with the aim of constantly increasing their satisfaction;
- Compliance with legal regulations, high moral principles and professional ethics when providing services, continuous evaluation of quality by the user and enabling the user insight into work processes, in order to fulfill their obligations towards users, external collaborators, employees and other interested parties at the highest possible level;
- Innovative approaches to solving problems, application of modern technologies, trained and educated staff, application of the concept of an organization that constantly learns and progresses, as well as continuous education, with the aim of achieving long-term planned results and building a good business image;
- Continuous identification and assessment of all potential risks and opportunities related to all business activities, as well as the safety of clients and employees, with the aim of eliminating risks or reducing them to the smallest possible extent;
- Introducing new services and adopting new work methods and techniques, with the aim of improving existing services, expanding the offer with new services and conquering new markets while ensuring a recognizable business image of the organization.
The realization of established goals, oriented towards customers and relevant interested parties with constant direct evaluation by them, aims to achieve a high level of user satisfaction, a competitive position on the market, as well as mutual trust and continuous cooperation with users and other interested parties.
All employees of the organization TRUSTED ADVISOR DOO must be familiar with this Policy and its objectives.
The implementation of this Policy and the achievement of the goals defined by this Policy is a permanent task of all employees in the organization TRUSTED ADVISOR.
The quality policy is also available to all other relevant interested parties.
